Parts Advisor/Stores
Our client is seeking a Storeman to join its team based in Co. Waterford. This candidate will work as part of a busy parts counter in the agri sector.
The main responsibilities would include:
- Serving customers at the counter and over the phone.
- Handling parts inquiries over the phone and in store.
- Working closely with workshop staff to order parts for servicing and repairs.
- Working closely with suppliers to order stock.
- Maintain stock levels in store including spare parts.
- Provide a high level of service to customers both over the phone and in person.
- Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of work areas at all times.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable & dependable.
- Agricultural background or previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
