The overall Purpose of this role :- Executive Assistant /Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring efficient management of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities will include

Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel    arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and communications.
  • Coordinate and manage leadership meeting agendas and follow-ups.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with Recruitment Operations such as scheduling interviews, collating interview feedback, corresponding with candidates.
  • Assist with HR and Onboarding activities.
  • Assist with Finance activities such as reconciling receipts and invoices.
  • Assist with Supplier Set Up tasks and documentation.
  • Help maintain our online file management system.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks such as placing orders, booking meeting rooms, organizing events.

Education and Experience:

  • Min of level 6 qualification in a Administration relation field
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience required in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English fluency essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of getting things done and done correctly
