Logistics Administrator

Excellent opportunity to join an expanding team in a large, very progressive company as a Logistics Administrator. This is a full-time position based in Waterford working in their export Department.

Duties:

  • Preparing export documentation to accompany their exports.
  • Planning export loads.
  • Co-ordinating their export loads, booking cold store slots, freight forwarders, vets.
  • Instructing the cold store of the products to load.
  • Recording products and quantities that loaded.
  • Communicating with all members of the team in the logistics, sales and finance functions.
  • Entering data into our ERP/accounts system.

  • Be efficient.
  • Possess excellent administration skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to prioritise.
  • Be capable of working in a busy environment.
  • Strong Microsoft outlook, Word and and Excel essential.
  • Be a good communicator (spoken and written)
