Accounts Assistant

  • Assisting with the processing of payroll from start to finish
  • Processing high volumes of data entry
  • Processing of vat and revenue submissions
  • Main point of contact for all payroll queries
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of accounts
  • Producing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Any other relevant duties as requested

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience within in accounts function
  • Relevant accounts qualification
  • Experience working on payroll systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel, outlook and Adobe
  • Excellent attention to detail is absolutely essential
