Business Development Executive
As a New Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in both expanding our client base and driving revenue growth objectives. Reporting directly to the sales manager in a fast-paced environment the position entails various sales activities, including cold calling, appointment setting, lead development, and ultimately the conversion of new business clients.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- Conduct proactive cold calling and initiate outbound prospecting efforts to generate new business leads within the private sector.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and effectively communicating the Unitec Story
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with key stakeholders, conducting compelling presentations to showcase our expertise and secure new business opportunities.
- Nurture and manage a pipeline of leads, consistently tracking progress and providing regular updates to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
