Our client a fast growing construction related company are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team here in Waterford.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the overall control of work process and smooth running of all projects allocations to the project completion and handover to client completion on database for energy efficiency while managing a team of people.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Technical knowledge of Energy Efficiency works and Building Services
  • Upon receipt of allocation of works to schedule Suitability Survey for Scheme Works
  • Ensuring that variations in services and quantities from Work Orders and collated in Variation Report document and these variations are entered on database
  • Ensuring that request for Utility Moves are submitted timely
  • Scheduling and works allocation in-house or to subcontractors- communication the start and finish dates to Homeowner before commencing works, enter this date on the company APP.
  • Service Delivery - Maintaining health and safety and security standards, clean as you go policy for teams,
  • Ensuring that data required for Homeowner Handover Packs is collated and they are supplied to Homeowner upon completion (upon completion homeowner instruction on the operation of equipment installed and supply Homeowner with Handover Packs)
  • Ensuring the use of the company APP for Homeowner communications (all communications) and project management for duration of works
  • Monitoring Quality Control duration of the works and scheduling final QA
  • Data Management - accumulation of Certificates and warranties, data sheet for products and services installed
  • Post completion follow up with Homeowners
  • Weekly Project updates for management meeting through Company APP
  • Ensuring that company team manage Homeowner expectations throughout the project
  • Ensuring that the Company process is followed for seamless completion of Homeowner works and maintaining highest quality standards
The ideal Candidate
  • 3rd level qualification in project management, Construction, Surveying or equivalent
  • A strong Technical knowledge of Energy Efficiency works and Building Services essential for this role
  • Strong people management and organisational skills essential
  • Excellent communication skills essential
  • Experience in retrofitting a distinct advantage for this role
