Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)
Our client is looking for a part-time Accounts assistant to assist in all aspects of company accounts function. The employer is open to flexibility may even consider part-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating sales invoices
- Matching delivery dockets to invoices
- Inputting into accounts system
- Preparation of vat returns, weekly wages and p30 filings
- Bank and creditor's reconciliations, debtors statements and debt collection
- Maintaining approved suppliers lists in accordance with company ISO procedures etc.
- Daily revenue reporting and monthly Trial balance for reporting purposes
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist in the day to day efficient running of the office
- Assist receptionist in printing debtors ledger and assisting her in the collection of debtors where further advice or information is required i.e. information sharing
- To problem solve / take ownership of problems and investigate prior to passing them on or escalating further.
- To maintain the office procedures manual which maintains the efficient storage of all important information for the running of front office.
