Excellent role in a leading multinational FDA manufacturing company based in the South East. Reporting to the HR Manager, as a Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for the following:-
- Liaise with all Managers and Team Leaders on all of the training & development needs of the business.
- Identifying knowledge and skills needs and building the gaps through identifying the relevant training required.
- Manage the training calendar and report on training compliance and metrics to the Management team.
Develop and deliver training where required
- Responsible for ensuring the regulatory audit requirements for the training function are met at all times and management of the filing of all related training documentation. Ensuring the training database is kept up to date at all times.
- Evaluation of Training Programs on site for the organisation
- Design of Learning & Development metrics and providing feedback to management
- Assisting the HR Department with the full recruitment process including writing job specs, advertising, interviewing, selection, reference checks, job offer and employment contracts.
- Management of Induction process for new employees
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Level 7 or a Level 8 Training and Development qualification or a HR qualification
- A min of 2+ years experience working in a busy training function in a manufacturing industry, FDA industry experience a distinct advantage
